Over the last few months Rebekah Griffin, CEnet’s Projects & Change Leader has been encouraging staff to join her (virtually) in CrossFit activities.
Rebekah is currently participating in the 2022 CrossFit Open, which runs for three weeks from 22 February.
In addition, Rebekah will be competing for the first time in the NSW Weightlifting Association Ralph Cashman Open Competition at Sydney Olympic Park on 18 and 19 March.
